National Scholastic Prep Association
The National Scholastic Prep Association, formerly known as the EIBC and no longer affiliated, was established in 2023 by the visionary Barry Jones. NSPA is aimed to organize and transcend prep high school basketball by offering a premier platform for elite athletes to showcase their talents, gain national recognition, and compete at the elite levels of high school basketball.

NSPA is dedicated to empowering athletes, redefining competition, and igniting a new era of basketball excellence. We aim to prepare athletes for their future, both on and off the court, while creating an unforgettable experience for fans, coaches, and scouts.
What Makes NSPA Unique?
1. Innovative Scoring System
Every game concludes with a game-winning basket, thanks to our target score system:
At the 3-minute mark in the fourth quarter, the clock stops, and a target score is set to 7 points above the leading team's total. This creates intense finishes and ensures excitement until the very last play.
2. Comprehensive Athlete Exposure
We actively promote our programs, athletes and coaches showcasing their achievements across all of our league platforms. Through live streams, media write-ups, engaging interviews and game replays, NPSA ensures everyone receives the recognition they deserve.
3. Diverse and Elite Competition
NSPA brings together top teams from across the U.S. and Canada. Every team plays nine games in their coastal division for right to compete in the most exciting league playoffs in America.
